Board of Directors
Our volunteer Board of Directors are members who generously give of their time to ensure that our credit union operates soundly, efficiently and for the benefit of all members. The Board establishes policy and sets our direction. It consists of seven credit union members elected for three-year terms:

- Scott Lowther, Vice Chair
- Sam Gill, Treasurer
- Russ Greenfield, Secretary
- Stan Rowan, Director
Supervisory Committee
Our volunteer Supervisory Committee is made of members who generously give of their time to ensure that our credit union operates in accordance with state and federal regulations, and oversees our annual audit. The committee currently consists of these volunteers:

- Sara Batchelder, Member
- Stan Rowan, Member
Interested in volunteering?
Credit unions are a not-for-profit cooperative and each member is actually a share holder. As such, you vote for the members of our volunteer Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. The duties for each position vary, but all volunteers must:
- Understand how a credit union operates as well as Marin County Credit Union's products and services
- Be willing to attend monthly meetings and take advantage of training opportunities
- Be a Marin County Credit Union member in good standing
