Supervisory Committee

Calling for Volunteers

The Supervisory Committee serves a vital function for your credit union, and is seeking interested members. This committee sees that we are soundly managed, reviews policies and ensures the credit union operates to the benefit of all members. Volunteers serve just a few hours each quarter. 

Committee responsibilities include:

• Verifying that the CU complies with regulations 
• Quarterly reviews of records and internal controls 
• Working with an outside auditor each year

While financial accounting or auditing experience is definitely a plus, it’s not necessary. We are looking for members who want to help ensure that this member-owned financial cooperative operates efficiently, safely and in the best interest of members.
